A man who fell 17-feet from a bar in Rockland, Maine, has died from his injuries, according to police.
Necn affiliate WCSH reports that Mark Boynton, 25, of Rockland, was at the Out Pub on Main Street Friday night and was attempting to use the deck's railing as a seat when he fell.
He was immediately rushed to a hospital and died from his injuries Saturday.
The incident remains under investigation.
