A Limington, Maine, woman is recovering in a hospital after she rescued her two children after their home went up in flames early Thursday morning.
According to necn affiliate WCSH, the home on Doles Ridge Road is a total loss.
The woman was able to get her children out of the home, but was burned in the process.
She's currently recovering at Maine Medical Center.
The cause of the fire is under investigation and the Red Cross is assisting the family.
