A New York City man is facing homicide and firearms charges in connection to the fatal shooting of two men in Biddeford, Maine.
Police said Fuquan Prince Wilson, 36, was arrested early Monday morning by members of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force in the Bronx and is being held at the Manhattan Detention Center, where he awaits an extradition hearing.
He was secretly indicted by a York County, Maine grand jury last February in connection to the shooting of Russell Lavoie, 42, and Jeffrey Lude, 37, inside an apartment house on Western Avenue in 2014.
Police said Wilson disappeared after the shooting.
