Police in Portland, Maine, are investigating two bank robberies that occurred Friday.
Police said the robberies occurred downtown at the cPort Credit Union on Forest Avenue and at the Bank of America at One City Center around the same time. No one was injured, and the investigation is ongoing.
The suspect in both incidents was described as a thin male. He was last seen fleeing through a parking garage.
There is a heavy police presence in the area, and several roads have been blocked off.
