Investigators in Maine are still trying to determine what sparked the violence that led to the shooting deaths of four people, including the alleged gunman, that took place in Oakland late Wednesday night.
The incident happened at 35 Belgrade Rd., also known as Route 11. Police say the only survivor was a 3-year-old girl who was unharmed.
Police identified the victims as the child's parents, Amanda Bragg, 30, and Michael Muzerolle, 29, along with Bragg's sister, Amy Derosby, 28. They say Derosby's boyfriend, Herman Derico, 42, shot them in an Oakland apartment Wednesday night and then killed himself in the driveway. A 9mm handgun was found next to his body.

The three victims all grew up in the Waterville area, police said, and Muzerolle was the Oakland police chief's nephew.
Police said one of the many 911 calls came from one of the wounded women before she died. The little girl is now in the care of her grandmother.
