A suspect is in custody after shots were fired from a moving vehicle in Maine's Old Port Thursday night.
Portland Police said that the incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Silver and Fore Street in Portland, Maine, according to WCSH6.
The suspect’s name has not been released to the the ongoing investigation.
There was a verbal altercation that had escalated, according to police.
