A Maine State Police trooper and an Appleton woman were injured in a crash Tuesday after the trooper sideswiped her car.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Sennebec Road.
Corporal Jeremy Wesbrock was responding to a motor vehicle accident and had his lights and siren on.
Police say he was attempting to pass a car driven by Lisa Ford, 52, and Ford turned left into her driveway.

The cruiser sideswiped the vehicle and both vehicles went off the road.
They were both transported to Pen Bay Medical Center with minor injuries.
