Bryan Garcia, 35, was killed early Monday morning

Police in Maine have identified a Scarborough man who was killed in Portland’s first apparent homicide of the year. 

Bryan Garcia, 35, was killed early Monday morning, according to necn affiliate WCSH-TV

Police found Garcia slumped over in the front seat of a parked car near the intersection of Chadwick and Carroll streets. 

The cause of death has not been released. 

The incident remains under investigation.
