A man has been arrested after trying to use fake documents at the Department of Motor Vehicles in New Hampshire.
Rigo Rodriguez, 25, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, has been arrested on multiple counts of Tampering with Public Records and Unsworn Falsification. New Hampshire State Police said Rodriguez was also charged as a Fugitive from Justice for having an outstanding warrant for Possession of Cocaine in Massachusetts.
Upon investigation, it was found that Rodriguez, a citizen of the Dominican Republic, is an undocumented immigrant.
Rodriguez is being held without bail. He will be arraigned in the 9th Circuit - District Division- Nashua Court on Monday.
