Man Charged in New Hampshire Gas Station Attack Found Incompetent

A judge has ruled that a man accused of trying to run over a gas station manager after he wasn't hired isn't competent to stand trial.

The Concord Monitor report s 41-year-old William Soler will remain jailed for up to 90 days to allow for a doctor to determine the appropriateness of treatment.

Police said in August, Soler was upset about not being hired at a Concord gas station and told the manager the gas pumps were damaged. When the manager went to check, police said Soler tried to run him over. He struck a barrier, then went to police to turn himself in.

Soler has previously been found incompetent to stand trial in past cases.
