A New Hampshire man wearing an "I'm a smart one" T-shirt was arrested for solicitation of prostitution on Monday.
Robert B. Armstrong, 48, of Lebanon, was arrested at 6 p.m. Monday at a Lebanon restaurant. He allegedly posted an advertisement on Craigslist offering money for sexual contact.
Lebanon Police responded to the advertisement and arranged to meet the man. Prior to the meeting, police said he offered $75 in exchange for sex.
When he was arrested, Armstrong was wearing a blue-gray T-shirt with the words "I'm a smart one," with a cartoon donkey above it.
He was released on personal recognizance bail pending an appearance in Lebanon District Court on May 23.
It was not immediately clear if Armstrong had a lawyer.
