A boyfriend and girlfriend are in custody, accused of leading police on four chases over the last several days in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Police finally arrested them after another chase Wednesday night in Methuen, Massachusetts.
The couple turned onto a dead end street and police ordered them out of their vehicle at gunpoint.
The two have been identified as 33-year-old Michael Meucci of Lowell, Massachusetts, and 37-year-old Lisa Lundstrom of Concord, New Hampshire.
Police say after the couple was cornered, Lundstrom, who was driving, tried to get away. The two were ultimately stopped and arrested.
Meucci was wanted on outstanding warrants for weapons charges, while Lundstrom was wanted for motor vehicle violations.
The couple was considered armed and dangerous. They now face additional charges.
