2 Arrested on Oxycodone Charges

Police in Lowell, Massachusetts, arrested two men on narcotics charges Friday.

Police in Lowell, Massachusetts, arrested two men on narcotics charges Friday.

Around 11:24 a.m., police observed a drug transaction at the Dunkin Donuts on Bridge Street. After a brief investigation, a quantity of oxycodone pills were seized and the two individuals were arrested.

Jack Rogers, 54, of Lowell was charged with manufacturing and distributing a Class A substance, in addition to carrying a dangerous weapon. Robert Adams, 64, was charged with unlawful possession of a Class A substance. Both men will be arraigned in Lowell District Court.
