3 Rescued After Boat Overturns in Duxbury, Mass.

Police say two brother took a dingy out to their sail boat, which was roughly 100 yards off shore, around 11 a.m.

Three people were rescued after a boat overturned in Duxbury, Massachusetts, Monday morning.

Duxbury Fire confirms that crews rescued the people in the water off Massasoit Road.

Police say two brother took a dingy out to their sail boat, which was roughly 100 yards off shore, around 11 a.m.

One jumped off to swim over to it, causing the dingy to start sinking.

Another man swam over to help tand they all began havign trouble with choppy waves and winds.

One of the brothers was taken to Beth Israel Plymouth in stable condition.

There is no word on their others' conditions.
