A fifth person will face a judge Friday in connection with the murder of a New Bedford, Massachusetts, man.
Angel Acevedo, 24, is being charged with accessory to murder, after the fact, in connection with the death of Aaron Gant Jr.
Gant was gunned down on New Year's Eve near New Bedford's Monti Park.
Four others have been charged in connection with his death.
