The body of an adult white male has been discovered under a dock in the water in Amesbury, Massachusetts, authorities said Wednesday.
Amesbury police said officers were on the scene at 2 Pleasant Valley Rd.
On Thursday, officials said the body had been identified as 35-year-old Daniel Jose Abad-Pareja of Brick, New Jersey.
Foul play is unlikely at this time, according to authorities.
An autopsy still has to be completed.
The investigation is ongoing.
