Amtrak's Acela Express, Northeast Regional on Limited Schedule Due to Snow

Air travel is also still messy after blizzard wallops the East Coast

The snow may be done falling, but the accumulation is still causing some serious headaches when it comes to travel and commuting.

Much of Boston's 6-inches of snow has been cleared by Monday morning, but it's a different story for those heading south on Amtrak.

Although all trains are currently on time, the Acela Express and Northeast Regional lines are running on a limited schedule.

Those with tickets should have gotten a notification from Amtrak, and the service urges travelers to check the status of the train before heading out.

When it comes to air travel, it's still a mess.

Upward of 12,000 flights have been cancelled up and down the East Coast, with some airports shutting down for a day. It's now causing backup, and it's affecting people flying out of Boston Logan.
