Arrest Made in MBTA Station Shooting

A suspect will be arraigned Tuesday morning, after police say he was involved in a shooting at a Boston MBTA station

A suspect will be arraigned Tuesday morning, after police say he was involved in a shooting at a Boston MBTA station.

Tyler Griffiths, 21, was arrested Tuesday morning when he was spotted on Wrentham Street, nearby the shooting scene at the Ashmont stop in Dorchester.

Police say Griffiths shot the victim in the stomach.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is in critica, but stable condition.

Police say they recovered a loaded .45 caliber gun from Griffiths.

He is now facing several charges including assault with the intent to murder and battery.
