A small boat was found abandoned in Boston Thursday morning.
Police say its motor was running on the bank of the Charles River near the Massachusetts Avenue Bridge.
The boat has been towed to a secure location and troopers are currently investigating who owns it an dhow it ended up where it did.
It is still undertermined whether anyone had fallen or jumped from the boat into the river.
