Joro uses your credit card spending to estimate your impact on the environment.
“When we see you spend, say $200 on a flight, we make an estimate about how far you’ve traveled, or we see you’ve spent $100 at Whole Foods, we make an estimate about the typical basket of goods a typical shopper is buying at Whole Foods, then we trace that back and estimate the carbon of those goods,” co-founder Sanchali Pal says.
