The US Chamber of Commerce says the city of Boston’s digital economy is the best among a study of 25 cities, according to the Boston Globe.

The “Innovation that Matters” study took a look at how cities were poised to work with technology and integrate it into their communities and business.

Boston ultimately beat out San Francisco, California, because of entrepreneurs’ ties to universities, residents and more.

The study notes, however, San Francisco is leading in most start-up and innovation categories.
