Police are investigating after a bullet was found in a Lunenburg, Massachusetts, middle school on Friday.
The superintendent of Lunenburg Public Schools confirmed that the piece of ammunition was found before dismissal at Turkey Hill Middle School. Lunenburg Police, Worcester Police and Massachusetts State Police were called in to investigate.
No other incendiary devices were found in the search.
Authorities are working to determine how the bullet ended up in the school's hallway.
