A man was struck and killed by a vehicle exiting a car wash in Malden, Massachusetts, Sunday morning, according to the Middlesex DA’s Office.
Jose Tobias-Valle, 28, of Everett, was struck at Sonny’s Car Wash at 435 Eastern Ave. around 9 a.m.
Valle, an employee of the car wash, was transported to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The incident remains under investigation and no charges have been filed.
