Police in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, say a man has been arrested for operating under the influence after crashing into a utility pole.

James Maguire, 49, was arrested following the crash on Seaview Avenue around 5 Monday night.

Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt and struck his face against the windshild, causing minor injuries.

He was held overnight on $1,000 cash bail and is expected to be arraigned Tuesday morning on charges of OUI, failure to wear a seat belt and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
