Cops: Unlicensed Teen Motorist Leads Cops on Pursuit

Police say they attempted to stop the motorist, 19-year-old Noah Frantz Jocelyn, for a missing front license plate

Police in Burlington, Massachusetts, arrested a unlicensed motorist who led police on a pursuit before allegedly bailing from his vehicle in a parking lot Tuesday night.

The incident happened at the intersection of Winn and Cambridge Streets at 6:30 p.m.

Police say they attempted to stop the motorist, 19-year-old Noah Frantz Jocelyn, for a missing front license plate.

Police say Jocelyn refused to stop and led police on a pursuit. During the pursuit, police say Jocelyn bailed out of the moving car and fled on foot.

An officer stopped the moving car and police shortly after caught Jocelyn.

He is facing multiple charges, including negligent operation of a motor vehicle, Unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and resisting arrest, among other charges.

Jocelyn will be arraigned Wednesday in Woburn District Court.
