A victim was airlifted by medical helicopter after a crash that shut down Interstate 93 heading into the Friday afternoon commute in Massachusetts.
The crash took place at Exit 4 on I-93 south in Canton.
The route was closed so a MedFlight helicopter could land and airlift the victim to the hospital.
By 5:30 p.m., all lanes were open.
Police did not have any information on the severity of the patient's injuries.
