A Massachusetts spine doctor has been indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting two women patients.

A Worcester County grand jury handed up indictments charging Dr. Ho Yin "Aaron" Shiu with rape and four counts of indecent assault and battery.

The Telegram & Gazette reports
that a 42-year-old patient Shiu met on or about Nov. 14, 2013 at UMass Memorial Medical Center alleges that Shiu had her remove her underwear and inappropriately touched her without wearing gloves.

The 36-year-old Shiu is also charged with touching a woman's breasts on or about March 13, 2013, at AdCare Hospital.

Shiu left UMass Memorial Medical Center and the University of Massachusetts Medical School in July. He is free $7,500 cash bail.

His lawyer did not immediately return a call left before business hours Thursday.
