Police say a driver who crashed into a Starbucks in Norwood, Massachusetts, Monday morning fled the scene and ultimately turned herself in.
The crash happened just after midnight on Route 1. Police say the driver crashed into a guardrail before crashing into the building.
Police say the driver fled the scene and a search was conducted.
Later in the morning, a 22-year-old woman went to the police station and admitted to the crash.
She was not arrested. However, police charged her with two misdemeanors; leaving scene of accident with property damage and negligent operation of a vehicle.
The driver, who has not been identified, will be summoned to court at a later date.
