A man was struck by a truck in Needham, Massachusetts, on Tuesday.
Police and fire officials responded to the rear of 60 Kendrick St. around noon.
The 80-year-old man suffers from injuries to his lower extremities. He was transported via MedFlight to a Boston hospital.
The incident remains under investigation.
