A Massachusetts firefighter has been charged with sexually assaulting his children's teenage baby sitter.
Sean Bohdiewicz, who works for the Shrewsbury Fire Department, was released without bail after pleading not guilty Tuesday.
Prosecutors say the 35-year-old firefighter made inappropriate comments about the 15-year-old girl's body and one time climbed into bed with her when she stayed over at the family's Auburn home. She had been hired to take care of Bohdiewicz's children, ages 2 and 5.
Defense attorney Kenneth Anderson says his client denies the charges, and there is no reason for bail because his client has strong ties to the area.
Bohdiewicz was also ordered him to have no contact with the girl or her family.
The fire department has placed him on paid administrative leave.
