A garbage truck crashed into the guardrail at Exit 51 in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on Route 495 Monday, completely blocking the ramp.
The Massachusetts State Police have reported that the truck rolled over and the ramp is closed.
The driver was removed from the truck and was transported.
