A helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing in Peabody, Massachusetts on Thursday afternoon.
Peabody Fire confirms the helicopter had to land on Butternut Avenue due to mechanical issues.
Peabody Police said the helicopter was privately owned and experienced "a mechanical part malfunction" and landed safely. It will be repaired and likely removed on Friday.
No one was injured.
