Human body parts were found washed up on King's Beach in Swampscott, Massachusetts, on Wednesday morning.
The body parts were found near a lobster trap, and big orange tent has been set up over them.
It is unclear if they are those of a male or female.
Both Swampscott and state police crews are on the scene.
The body parts will be examined by the medical examiner for identification. It is too early to speculate as to a possible identity.
