Massachusetts' Sen. Ed Markey announced legislation to prevent accidental gun deaths involving children.
The bill, which was presented with Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), aims to stop children from possessing or firing powerful firearms, including at shooting ranges and gun shows.
