A Medford, Massachusetts, man will be arraigned Tuesday morning on animal cruelty charges.
Police say they received video from 32-year-old Ryan Baker's neighbor allegedly showing Baker beating his girlfriend’s pit bull on several occasions.
The pit bull, named “Bullet,” is shown to be punched, kicked, dragged and thrown in the video on several occasions.
The girlfriend, who doesn't live with Baker, said she hadn't been aware of any violence.
The pit bull will be treated later Tuesday by a veterinarian. Officials say the dog appears to be in good health, other than a small laceration over his right eye.
