Man Accused of Exposing Self to Woman on MBTA Orange Line

A 29-year-old man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly exposed himself to a passenger on an MBTA Orange Line train.

Transit Police said they responded to a call of a lewd act at about 3 p.m. Thursday at the MBTA Forest Hills Station. There, they met a woman who told officers she was approached by a man who asked her inappropriate questions.

The victim said she ignored the man, who then exposed himself to her.

Days passed by and officers spotted the suspect in Jamaica Plain after reviewing public safety cameras. The man, who was later identified as Kennedy Colson of Boston, was positively identified and arrested.

Colson was arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness, according to Transit Police. He is a registered level 3 sex offender.
