A man who was found carrying a loaded gun at Boston’s Logan Airport will be back in court in May.
TSA agents say they found a nine-millimeter Smith and Wesson in James Foster's carry-on bag.
Foster, who has a license to carry in Virginia, says he had driven to Massachusetts and forgot he had a gun in his bag when he went to the airport.
The 26-year-old has been arraigned and released on personal recognizance.
