Kevin Crozier is currently in custody in Florida where he is charged with criminal mischief and being a fugitive

The ex-boyfriend of a Worcester, Massachusetts, woman who's been missing for three months has been indicted on arson charges for allegedly burning down his own home on New Year's Day.

The Telegram & Gazette reports
that Worcester Superior Court records unsealed Monday show that 28-year-old Kevin Crozier was indicted and a warrant issued for his arrest on charges of arson and conspiracy in connection with the Jan. 1 blaze.

Crozier has previously said he was not at home at the time of the fire.

Crozier is currently in custody in Florida where he is charged with criminal mischief and being a fugitive.

Massachusetts prosecutors say Crozier probably won't be returned to Massachusetts until the Florida case is resolved next month.

Crozier had dated Sabrina Hatheway, who was reported missing on Dec. 20.
