A man was charged with driving under the influence after being found asleep at the wheel at the Taco Bell drive-thru lane in South Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Police says 29-year-old Sean Lenhart of Hull failed his sobriety test on Sunday around 1 in the morning. He was arrested after a registering a 0.22 percent blood alcohol level during a breathalyzer. That is nearly three times the legal limit for intoxication.
Lenhart pleaded not guilty on DUI charges and driving to endanger.
He is scheduled to appear in court on March 21.
