A man who allegedly had inappropriate contact with a child at a motel in Attleboro, Massachusetts, will face a judge Monday.

Rufino Torres, 45, of Attleboro was arrested and charged with one count of indecent assault and battery on a child.

The assault allegedly happened at a Days Inn in Attleboro.

Police were called there Saturday for a report of a man inappropriately touching a child.

Torres is being held on $5,000 cash bail.
