Police in New Bedford, Massachusetts, say a man was seriously injured in a stabbing Monday afternoon.
According to necn affiliate WJAR, the stabbing happened around 3:30 p.m. in the area of Nauset and Mt. Pleasant Streets.
The victim, 50, was reportedly stabbed in the arm and abdomen behind a business plaza.
The victim went to a McDonald's for help and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital in serious condition.
Police say he was stabbed after an argument with another man.
