A man with a felony warrant in existence for his arrest was seen smoking marijuana at the Downtown Crossing MBTA station in Boston, Massachusetts, on Wednesday.
Transit Police approached Quentrie Familia, 31, who admitted to smoking pot.
He was placed into custody, and transported to Transit Police headquarters for the arrest booking process.
The felony warrant for Quentrie stemmed from a breaking and entering and trespassing.
