Masked Man Robs Arlington, Massachusetts Bank at Gunpoint

Police are searching for the man who robbed an Arlington, Massachusetts bank at gunpoint on Thursday morning.

Officials said they received a call at 9:07 a.m. of an armed robbery in progress at Leader Bank. There, they learned that a man had walked into the building and brandished a black handgun as he demanded money.

The man fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police.

The armed robber is described as having a thin build and is estimated to be between 5 feet 8 inches tall to 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing a black mask, black hooded sweatshirt, purple rubber gloves, sunglasses, blue jeans and gray sneakers.
