The Dedham, Massachusetts, Police are reporting that the East Street train bridge was struck by a truck.
The evening commuter rail trains on the Franklin line may be delayed while the bridge is inspected.
Service has resumed but trains are moving at a slower speed over the bridge.
The police and fire departments are both currently on scene.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
