Authorities had been searching for the 53-year-old man since he went missing Thursday

The body of a 53-year-old Cambridge man who was last seen in Walden Pond last week has been recovered, according to Massachusetts State Police.

Authorities spent four days scouring the site in search of the missing man, who had not been seen since visiting the Concord tourist spot.
