Two people and a dog were forced out of their home early Wednesday following a house fire in Newton, Massachusetts.
The blaze was reported at a home on Beacon Street, according to the Newton Fire Department.
Bitter, cold temperatures posed a challenge for crews but firefighters were able to knock the fire down by 6 a.m.
The Newton fire comes on the same morning Worcester firefighters battled a 4-alarm house fire.
