Police in Weymouth, Massachusetts have arrested two men accused of breaking into a man’s home and pistol-whipping him Sunday night.
Alfredo A. Galarza, 25, and Samuel J. Galarza, 27, both of Weymouth, are set to be arraigned in Quincy District Court Monday.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. at 93 Audubon Road.
The 31-year-old victim told police two men he was familiar with broke into his home and attacked him.
The victim was taken to South Shore Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police tracked the suspects down to a home on Donald Street. They say both men refused to come out of the home. Police obtained a search warrant and both men eventually left the home and surrendered to police around 2:40 Monday morning.
Both men are charged with home invasion, carrying a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery and unlawful possession of ammunition.
