A man accused of driving drunk and slamming into a Massachusetts State Police cruiser in Burlington is expected to face a judge Monday.
State police said a trooper was stopped near a work site on I-95 when he was rear-ended late Sunday night.
The driver, Andover resident Robert Cambria, tried to flee the scene.
The trooper, who had an injured leg, got out of his cruiser, chased after Cambria and caught him.
The trooper was later taken to the hospital, and is expected to be alright.
Cambria posted bail overnight and was released.
It's not clear if Cambria has an attorney
