A child was struck by a vehicle in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood on Friday evening, police say.
Officials responded to the scene at 36 Deckard Street just after 5 p.m.
The victim was awake and breathing when police arrived. They've since been transported to Boston Medical Center for treatment with non-life threatening injuries.
