At least one person was hospitalized Tuesday morning following a pedestrian crash in South Boston, according to Massachusetts State Police.
EMS confirmed they responded to a scene sometime before 7:15 a.m. Aerial footage from NBC10 Boston's Sky Ranger helicopter captured a vehicle being towed.
Details on what led up to the crash were not immediately clear.
